How do we do it?
These fabulous giant Christmas baubles were created by screen printing sheets of clear PVC with a pre-distorted image before being formed on a vacuum moulding machine over an mdf, bauble shaped, former.
We have stock sized formers with which we can create 400mm, 500mm & 750mm diameter baubles for suspension or floor mounting in fire retardant PVC.
This logo shaped bauble was created by moulding clear pvc on a vacuum forming machine and then back spraying with cellulose paint to create a deep sheen to the finished bauble.
This giant game controller Christmas bauble was created in sculpted polystyrene which was then coated in fibreglass and sprayed with cellulose paint and finished with 2 coats of clear lacquer.
Baubles can be in any colour you desire – pantone or RAL colour matched to create shiny giant baubles to match your brand or chosen Christmas theme. Or, for even more impact, we can back screenprint with your logo or image of your choice.
