In order to help us create fantastic props, window displays and exhibition stands we make use of our in house CNC machine.
CNC routing enables us to cut multiple and complex shapes with ease, whether in MDF, Ply, Acrylic, Corian or many other materials commonly used in building of Props, Exhibition stands, Retail units, Experiential Marketing Solutions, Christmas Displays & Moulds.
We are also able to offer this service to anyone requiring similar cut shapes – whatever their final use!
Our CNC machine will accept materials up to 2m x 3m & in any thickness up to 100mm. Larger objects can be made by laminating sheets together.
If you can supply us with a sketch, image or file we can scale and convert the image into a suitable vector file ready for cutting. Please call us if you have any questions about the cnc cutting process.
